The 2023 Digital Report by DataReportal highlights that Sri Lanka had 14.58 million internet users at the start of the year, with a robust internet penetration of 66.7 percent. Social media usage also saw a noteworthy increase, with 7.20 million users constituting 32.9 percent of the total population in January 2023. This surge in online connectivity is prompting businesses to explore Martech solutions for more effective engagement with their target audiences in the digital land.


Adoption of Marketing Automation:


Marketing Automation has emerged as a game-changer in the world and also in Sri Lanka’s commercial sector. Companies across various industries in Sri Lanka are increasingly recognizing the potential of marketing automation tools to streamline their processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
